"Wow. Lorrys Motel exceeded my expectations, I am very pleased with my experience. The second we got out of the car Rob was already greeting us. Upon arriving to the room it was very clean and had nice amenities like a table, fridge, freezer (with premade ice), and a microwave. "Family owned and a throwback cozy feel of the LBI days long ago. Owner is a gem and location in Holgate is the best of everything LBI is. Photos are of the end of island a stones throw from Hotel. Holgate is heaven and this place makes it affordable for people who have grown up with LBI but are being forced out by the pricey and high end clientele."

"My husband and I found so much to like about this motel. Besides the obvious the location people that own it and run it are the best they make you feel like family breakfast in the morning while Listen to the water fountain in the courtyard was wonderful. "First time stay at Lorry’s and I would definitely go back! Great value for the price. Very peaceful retreat just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. Rooms were very clean, full sized fridge and microwave in each room. Nothing fancy but all the basics you need for a beach trip.
